When Judy and Robert sold the house and moved to the condo, they had to find me a new home. I'm just too big a boy and need too much room to live in a condo. So I went to live with Katie --she has a great big house. Katie loves kitties and had two girl kitties already, but there's plenty of room for me. I've made my self right at home, and now I'm "King of the House" --which suits me just fine. Katie calls me Precious Boy :)
Judy left my page up because it made her sad to even think about taking it down. So, for the time being anyhow, you can still read about me right here.

Presto is just the nickname that Judy gave me. My real name is Precious, which I am (precious, that is...). But I'm a nice big boy! And Precious is such a girl's name, don't you agree? Judy didn't want me to have an "identity crisis" so she gave me a nickname.
I was born in Tallahassee, Florida on April 5, 1998. My mama went to the Rainbow Bridge before I was big enough to make it on my own. So Jennifer adopted me and my brother Boots and took us home. She thought I was a sweet little girl kitty, and I was really a precious little thing... so that's what I got named. Then, when I was big enough, she took me to the v*t to get "fixed" --well, surprise, surprise! She found out I'm a boy!

About six months after my birthday, Jennifer moved to a new apartment far away from Tallahassee. Her landlord wouldn't let her have pets so she had to find a new home for my brother and me. Well, that's when I came to live with my cousins at Cats In The House! Now they call me their little brother, even though I'm the biggest one. |

My "real" brother Boots came too, but there were too many cats here for him. He moved down the street to a house where he could be the center of attention all by himself. He's very happy with his new family, and every so often he comes to visit me and eat from my food bowl. |

I'm very happy here at my new house, well, I guess it's not so new anymore . BooBoo and Bubba let me play with them. I get to help Robert and CC watch TV. Sometimes I even sit on Judy's lap and help her work the computer if BooBoo's not around.
"Princess" Skuzzy is not too fond of me --probably because I like to tease her. The most fun is sitting in front of the door when Skuzzy is trying to come in --she won't walk around me and I won't move. So she sits on the porch making silly meow noises until Judy comes and shoos me away from the door. I like to chase Skuzzy and swat her fluffy tail... that's fun too.

| Right now, I'm hiding from Skuzzy. She won't see me 'cause I'm snuggling deep in the thick border grass. When she walks down the garden path, I'll wait until she gets closer... closer... pounce! Got your fluffy tail, Skuzzy! Mewahahahaha!

I'm all boy and full of mischief. When I'm not getting into the cabinet where the humans hide the catnip, I'm teasing Skuzzy, or playing chase-around with BooBoo. Sometimes I go outside and watch the butterflies and squirrels and wait for them to come too close (so far they stay their distance, but I'll keep waiting...). I'm getting really good at catching lizards and bugs.
I know how to climb the big old oak tree by the back porch and get up on the roof. I learned how by watching the squirrels, so I have their climbing style. I like to scare Judy by climbing down the tree head first... she's always afraid I'll fall, but I'm much too sure-footed for that. |

Yep, I'm a happy kitty alright. A nice big yard with lots of squirrels and butterflies... a tree to climb... a porch rail to sunbathe on... mischief to get into... a sister to tease... catnip... z-z-z-z-z....
