The Carl Schultz Residence, 2704 Highland Court, was built in 1957. Constructed of brick with mahogany trim, it is a very large house that looks eastward from the top of a bluff onto a city park and the St. Joseph River. Not visible from the street is the living room terrace that cantilevers out over a ravine off the left bank of the river.
