The Frank J. Baker Residence, 507 Lake Avenue, was constructed in 1909. A Prairie style wood house with plaster surface, the dwelling features a two-story high living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Its porches were originally open but are now enclosed. The ground floor is cruciform, and the second story is an L plan. There is no second story over the east or west porch.
