NAME: 1870 Census shows name as "Weltha", 1860 Census shows name as "Weatha"; in both cases, name could be mistaken as "Martha"

DEATH: Assumed location, date estimated. Weltha appears with Henry Wanzer household in 1870 U.S. census for Harrison Twp., Knox Co., IN but not in1880 census. Various family members are listed in 1880 census as boarders or hired laborers in Knox Co. and elsewhere.

OTHER: Possible parents of Weltha Warner are Alexander Z. Z. Warner and Lucy A. Warner, located in 1850 U.S. census in Wabash Co. IL with Angelina Warner. Age and Place of birth: Alexander - 62 (est. b. 1788), Mass., Lucy - 60 (est. b. 1790), Mass.; Angelina - 16 (est. b. 1834), Ill. Note that Weltha's first child is named Alex, and last child is named Julia Ann Angelina. This could be coincidental, but connection is strongly suggested --particularly since Julia indicates in 1900 census that mother was born in Mass.
