DEATH: California Deaths, 1940-97 lists Julia A. Mosier; date of death May 25, 1950; place: Los Angeles; birthplace: Indiana; Mother's maiden name: Warner; Father's surname: Wanger.

OTHER: In 1900 U.S. Census, Julia indicates father's place of birth was New York; mother's place of birth was Massachusetts. In 1860 and 1870 U.S. Census, Weatha Wanzer lists Wabash Illinois as place of birth.

OTHER: No 1880 census record can be located for Henry Wanzer household. It is assumed at this point (9/14/2004) that both parents died between 1870 and 1880 census. Various family members can be located as boarders or hired laborers at other locations. No Julia Wanzer can be located; however, a 12-year old female named "Annie" Wanzer was located in the Lovicy SAMPSON household in Harrison Twp., Knox Co., IN. Birthplace is listed as Indiana for Annie and both parents. It is possible that Annie Wanzer is Julia Ann Angelina Wanzer.
